Refund Policy

• We are Pet friendly , K resort is an eco resort with a natural green cover surrounded by farm lands and huge water bodies.
• Playing of loud music is not permitted as it may cause disturbance to the birds roosting there.
• Keep your doors and windows closed at all times.
• Check-in: 12:00 Noon
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the room tariff is applicable if the room is cancelled 72 hours before the date of arrival.
• 100% cancellation fee is applicable if the booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
• Payment Gateway, Bank, Credit card, and any other charges incurred by the resort will be deducted for every refund or cancellation.
• All refunds will be sent to the source only.
• All refunds will be made from PIXIE DUST HOTELS & RESORTS LLP.

Group Booking ( 3 Rooms and More )

• Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance.
• If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90% of the reservation will be charged.
• The management does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the rooms.
• Car parking is available on site; kindly park your cars and lock them. Do not hand over the keys.
• An electronic safe is available in the room.
• Check-in time is 12 noon and Check-out time is 10 AM. Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Duty Manager.
